Follow-up emails were triggered automatically when prospects engaged with marketing content. And conditional logic ensured urgent quote requests rose to the top of the queue.
We untangled the Salesforce integration so email activities logged correctly (as emails, not calls). Duplicate company records—over 1,100 of them—were flagged for review and merge. Then, we introduced HubSpot’s custom reporting tools, helping the team build B2B dashboards that finally gave them reliable, actionable insights.
