Tony Strack
VP of Development

Tony leads a multi-disciplinary team of front and back end developers, ensuring that technical execution consistently meets the standards of clients who expect high-caliber results. With 16 years of development experience, including 12 years dedicated specifically to HubSpot, he serves as Media Junction’s VP of Development, where his role centers on establishing robust best practices, scalable processes, and departmental decision-making. While he prioritizes mentoring his team, Tony maintains deep technical fluency in HTML, CSS, JS, and HubL, allowing him to remain hands-on with production and lead by example through complex builds. By pairing a technical eye for code with a commitment to user experience, he oversees the delivery of high-performance digital environments while staying at the forefront of industry trends and performance standards.

Outside of the IDE, Tony spends as much time as possible outdoors — whether he’s hiking, kayaking, or camping. He is an avid collector of sports cards and Lake Superior agates, and he finds balance in a wide-ranging appreciation for music, with a playlist that spans everything from Bluegrass and Alternative to Hip Hop and Lo-Fi. When time allows, he enjoys catching a live show, but his favorite moments are spent with his wife, Marci, and their two sons, Mason and Ezra. Rounding out the crew is Indie, the family’s Boston Terrier, who is usually found hunting for the biggest stick she can find for a game of fetch. Whether he’s out on the trail or telling a classic "Dad joke," Tony embraces living in the moment and staying active with his crew.
