about the role
Our junior strategists are right in the middle of all of the action, because they are assisting our senior strategists with developing strategy plans, conducting research, monitoring data, compiling reports, and advocating for client success. Some days can be stressful, we have deadlines, and we work very hard to never miss them. Individual accountability is necessary—what you will be doing is important.
Remember when we said our days are never typical? Every stage of the website process we are doing things like conducting research, looking for conversion opportunities, analyzing competitor websites, optimizing for search engines and humans. We use a variety of tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SpyFu & others and so it’s important to have an aptitude for tech.
We use both sides of our brain and we create things—like presentations, strategy documents, and beautiful websites that facilitate communication and generate business for our customers. We accomplish this because we are curious, and want to craft a positive experience for site visitors.

- Have strong teamwork and communication skills
- Are experienced with working with a team
Nice-to-haves, but not required:
- Marketing automation software experience
- HubSpot experience preferred but not required
First thirty days
Actively participate and strategize on client accounts including monitor and track campaign initiatives, conduct SEO and competitor analysis, conduct interviews and craft buyer personas, craft compelling content, etc.

Co-lead strategic efforts with client accounts including monitor and track campaign initiatives, conduct SEO and competitor analysis, conduct interviews and craft buyer personas, craft compelling content, etc.
