Each of our projects kicks off with full communication on the needs and wants of the client for their website. Our senior strategists have 15+ years of experience diving into data and optimizing conversions. Our creative team is led by Trish Lessard, Kim Wilcox, and Ryan VonBergen.
Trish Lessard, our CEO, has architected websites for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies for the past 18 years. Her incredible attention to detail and deep understanding of on-page SEO and UI/UX has earned Media Junction a reputation for building websites that get results.
Our vice president and lead inbound marketing strategist, Kim Wilcox, joined Media Junction in 2001 and helped Media Junction grow from a small web design agency to one of only ten HubSpot Diamond Partners worldwide. Kim directs our business strategy and oversees inbound marketing campaigns for website redesign clients all over the world.
Ryan VonBergen, our creative director, has been with Media Junction for 7 years and won four Hermes Awards in 2015 with his design direction. He oversees the design department and is involved with the project from the first strategy call through implementation.
